My career background extends across working with highly commercial national/global organisations, for private, publicly owned, not-for-profits, and other companies with charitable status, to bring about transformations, culture shifts, and the execution of HR policy developments. 

I am now an independent HR Consultant, an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), accredited Mentor, and certified Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaches.  I have had recent clients from the education, investment, professional services, and charity sectors.  I also provide services as an Associate HR Consultant with other HR Consultancies especially in the areas of Transformational change, Leadership and Line Management development, with a special focus on managing in a virtual environment.
